Stay Fit and Healthy the Fun Way with Gold’s Gym’s Newest Exercise: Piloxing

Gold’s Gym Philippines is introducing a new workout that everyone will love. This combines three activities that are sure to burn fat and help tone muscles in a fun, exciting way.

Piloxing, a non-stop cardio infusion of standing pilates, boxing, and dance that will push you past your limits for a sleek, sexy, and powerful you.

This program uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with exhilarating dance moves and targeted sculpting and flexibility of pilates.

The techniques are supplemented by the use of weighted gloves, further toning the arms and maximizing cardiovascular health.

When you combine them all, you will have a great workout that will tone muscles and burn fat to help you feel physically and mentally empowered.

Piloxing will be launched on October 21, 2014 at the Glorietta Activity Center. That’s on Tuesday from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. This will feature a Master Class from the President of Education of Piloxing Academy, Cortney Gornall. The event will also have a Zumba Fitness, Zumba Step, Pophits and Gurlesque among its lineup of exhilarating activities.

This is an open house event to increase the public awareness about Piloxing and, more importantly, expose people to the benefits of having a healthy lifestyle. So drop by the Glorietta Activity Center on that day.
